Terms of Service
Updated October 1, 2026. These terms are an agreement between you and Milly Works Inc. ("we") for the SuperTalk app and this website. By using SuperTalk you agree to them and to our privacy policy.
The service
SuperTalk translates speech, text and camera text between languages. Online features send what you choose to translate to our servers and to our AI partners, as described in the privacy policy. Some features work offline with languages downloaded to your phone.
Translations can be wrong
Translations are made by software and can be incomplete or wrong. Do not rely on SuperTalk for medical, legal, safety, emergency or other decisions where a mistake could cause harm. Check anything important with a qualified person.
Your account
An account is optional. If you create one, keep access to it secure; you are responsible for what happens in it. You can delete your account at any time in the app or on the account deletion page.
Subscriptions and credits
Some features use credits, included with a subscription or bought separately. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel them in your App Store or Google Play account settings, at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Payments, refunds and cancellations are handled by Apple or Google under their terms. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred.
Your content
What you say, type or photograph stays yours. You give us permission to process it only to provide the service to you. Do not use SuperTalk to record or translate people without their consent where the law requires it.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse SuperTalk: no breaking the law, harassing people, interfering with the service, reverse engineering it, or using it to build a competing service.
Changes and ending
We may change or stop features, and update these terms; we will show the new date here. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. You can stop using SuperTalk at any time.
No warranty; limits
SuperTalk is provided as is, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
App stores
If you got SuperTalk from Apple's App Store, Apple's standard license terms for apps also apply, and Apple is not responsible for SuperTalk or its support.
